Dewan Core provides website AI assistance and lead-capture tools. This policy explains the information processed through our service.

Information we process

We process account details, company configuration, website URLs, chat messages, and contact details that visitors voluntarily submit. Payment information is handled by Stripe and is not stored by Dewan Core.

How information is used

Information is used to operate accounts, answer visitor questions, deliver leads, prevent abuse, process subscriptions, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.

AI processing

Chat content may be sent to our configured AI provider to generate a response. Customers should not request unnecessary sensitive information through the widget.

Retention and security

We retain information while an account is active or as reasonably required for service, security, and legal obligations. We use access controls and tenant separation, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account information. Website visitors should contact the business whose website collected their inquiry; that business controls its lead records.
