By creating a Dewan Core account, you agree to these terms.

Service

Dewan Core provides AI-assisted website conversations, lead capture, and related dashboard features. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and must not be treated as legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

Customer responsibilities

You must use the service lawfully, publish appropriate privacy notices, obtain required consent, protect your account, and avoid collecting unnecessary sensitive data. You may not abuse, reverse engineer, overload, or use the service for deceptive or harmful activity.

Trials, billing, and fair use

The free trial lasts 14 days. Paid access begins only after confirmed payment. Plans are subject to reasonable usage limits needed to protect service quality and AI costs. Taxes may apply. Contact support before purchase if you need contractual usage commitments.

Availability and termination

We aim for reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Access may be paused for nonpayment, abuse, security risk, or violation of these terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dewan Core is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses, lost profits, or decisions made from AI output. Total liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the preceding three months.
